General information on VIP DISTRICT, S.L.1.1 VIP DISTRICT, S.L. is a Spanish company, created on 23rd February 2010, with VAT number B65272445, and registered with the Mercantile Registry of Barcelona, in Volume 41748, Sheet 117, Page B 395572, Inscription 1ª (hereinafter, "COLECTIVOS VIP"). 1.2 COLECTIVOS VIP is domiciled at Balmes 205, 6º 1ª, 08006 Barcelona, its managers can be contacted by post at this address, by e-mail at the following address support@colectivosvip.com, or by telephone at the following number 902 00 20 80. 1.3 COLECTIVOS VIP has developed a software platform aimed at employee groups, professionals, associates and customers of medium and large companies and organisations. Through this platform, COLECTIVOS VIP offers registered Users the possibility of enjoying and benefitting from a series of discounts and preferential economic conditions when purchasing products and services commercialised by third party manufacturers and suppliers. Therefore, the COLECTIVOS VIP platform aims to provide diverse, personalised and continuous information to its Users concerning the offers and preferential economic conditions that COLECTIVOS VIP agrees with third party manufacturers and suppliers in the exclusive interest and benefit of its users. 2. Treatment of personal data2.1 To register as a User of the COLECTIVOS VIP platform and to benefit in a personalised way from its features, you must complete the electronic application form provided for this purpose and facilitate the personal data indicated as follows. Failure to complete the fields marked as obligatory will block the registration process in the application, in such a way that you will only be able to access the general information (not personalised) provided, and it will not be possible for us to attend to particular requests or applications for information or for purchases of specific goods and services. 2.2 In compliance with article 5 of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13th December, on the Protection of Personal Data ("LOPD"), COLECTIVOS VIP informs you that the personal data that you provide through the registration process as a User on this Website, the sending of e-mails, and the data to which COLECTIVOS VIP will have access as a result of your browsing, consultations or requests, all through the Website www.colectivosvip.com (hereinafter the "Website"), will be stored on an electronic file (USERS COLECTIVOS VIP) which is the responsibility of COLECTIVOS VIP (hereinafter the "DATA"). 3. COLECTIVOS VIP expects to finalise agreements with manufacturers and suppliers who operate in very diverse activity sectors such as, for example and not limited to: financing, insurance, wholesale, tourism/holidays, leisure, NGOs, education and training, science, sports, motoring, clubs and associations, foundations, young children, adolescents, the elderly, etc. 4.3 The COLECTIVOS VIP platform is designed to provide a personalised and exclusive service for each User. To make this possible, the application will process your DATA and other information obtained through your browsing on the Website to create your profile of interests. Likewise, your DATA will be processed to send you promotions of commercial interest, as well as surveys on quality and on your satisfaction with the service. The savings achieved through certain purchasing partners is materialised in the form of euros that will be paid into a private account (Vip Account) in your name. 4.4 Cookies are a tool used by websites to store and retrieve information on its visitors. Communication of COLECTIVOS VIP with Users6.1 The User may access the commercial information that COLECTIVOS VIP offers them through the Website. Additionally, COLECTIVOS VIP may communicate with the User and send them the commercial offers that correspond by means of e-mail messages, SMS or any other electronic or non-electronic remote communication medium. By accepting this privacy policy, the User expressly accepts that COLECTIVOS VIP can use said means of communication. 7. Preservation of DATA by COLECTIVOS VIP7.1 COLECTIVOS VIP will preserve the User's DATA while they still belong to the group of employees or professionals of the entity that has contracted the services of COLECTIVOS VIP, provided the User does not exercise their right to cancel them, under the terms described in section 3 above. 7.2 The User who ceases to provide their services at the entity that has contracted the services of COLECTIVOS VIP for its employees or professionals, or who is linked to a person that has ceased to provide their services at the entity that has contracted the services of COLECTIVOS VIP for its employees or professionals, may continue to benefit from the COLECTIVOS VIP platform to the extent that the specific contractual conditions allow. COLECTIVOS VIP may continue to use the User's DATA for the purposes described in section 4 above until the User exercises their right to cancel them, under the terms described in section 3 above. 8. Security measures8.1 COLECTIVOS VIP informs you that it has implemented the technical and organisational security measures necessary to guarantee the safety of your DATA and to prevent their alteration, loss, processing and/or unauthorised access, bearing in mind the state of the technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks they are exposed to, whether they come from human actions or from the physical or natural environment. All in compliance with the content of article 9 of the Data Protection Law and Title VIII DPL. 9. Acceptance of the privacy and personal data protection policy of COLECTIVOS VIP9.1 In order to register as a User with the COLECTIVOS VIP platform it is essential that you accept our privacy and personal data treatment policy by pressing the accept button that appears at the bottom of the Website. 9.2 By ticking the accept box below on this document the User expressly accepts each and every one of the terms and conditions of the privacy and personal data treatment policy of VIP DISTRICT.
